A highly experienced e-Learning professional with 17 years in senior roles, specialising in LMS development, project management, and digital content creation. I have built bespoke LMS platforms, led large-scale migrations, and integrated APIs to enhance functionality. At Tesco, I led a large-scale data integration project, developing the LMS roadmap, enhancing usability, streamlining processes, and upskilling teams for long-term success.
I design and develop engaging, accessible eLearning—videos, animations, infographics, and interactive content—for organisations including Nuclear Waste Services, HMRC, Brooke, the British Racing School, and the Royal Veterinary College.
With a Master’s in Learning and Technology, I bring expertise in teaching, lecturing, and apprenticeship assessment. As a SEDA (Staff and Educational Development Association) Fellow, I champion best practices in learning design. I also hold certifications in AGILE project management, ITIL v4, and BRMP (Business Relationship Management Practitioner), ensuring a structured and strategic approach to every project.

Proficient in animation, graphic design, and video production, I seamlessly blend these skills with instructional design to craft impactful digital learning experiences. Guided by UX/UI principles, I ensure optimal user engagement. Using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate 360, along with specialised animation software I deliver a seamless and engaging educational journey.

I have project managed LMS migrations for large companies and introduced governance and polices for best practice using the systems, such as version control and asset and gate-keeping management and best practice.
Having built LMS platforms since 2008 I have extensive knowledge of Moodle and Totara, managing content that sits on them along with the users that use the systems.
